Atelier of Hospitality is a hotel design studio dedicated to making your hospitality dream come true, and sustain it. We create captivating hotel and restaurant concepts together with you. Our team of experts specializes in crafting unique designs that elevate the guest experience while ensuring a pleasant workplace for your team. We are committed to delivering exceptional aesthetics and functionality, setting the stage for unforgettable stays.
The Founder
Atelier of Hospitality is founded by Dominique Joziasse. With a decade of experience in hospitality, she felt a strong inspiration to guide others to fulfil their dream of starting a hotel. She has gained experience working in Europe (for example in The Netherlands and Spain) as well as Asia (where Thailand remains her favourite country to this day). She worked for several global chains (Okura Prestige, Marriott, Apollo) and luxury boutique hotels (Villa Beukenhof). She also gained experience in restaurants (such as Trammmhuys and Hofftrammm), working in the kitchen alongside the headchef, as supervisor of the service team, and as sommelier. She completed her education at one of the best hospitality universities worldwide, Hotelschool The Hague.

After working her way up to hotel management, she expanded her knowledge and skills by working in different industries (such as marketing, technology, and sales). Combining these experiences allows her to help our clients from start to finish, successfully turning their hospitality dreams to reality.
Dominique makes sure you feel supported during our partnership. With her international background and love for different cultures, she is able to work with clients from any country. Having moved abroad several times, she also understands the difficulties of starting something in a new country. She is able to guide our clients in a comfortable manner when they choose to open a restaurant or hotel abroad.
